2) 2.5 yrs MOP for Resale with HDB loan, can buy other property
3) 1 yr MOP for Resale with Bank loan / No loan, can buy other property
4) MOP measures from Effective Date of Resale
5) Period when whole flat is rented NOT counted in MOP
